Job description

Based in Bristol’s creative hub, the Paintworks, we offer a fantastic working environment. We are currently looking to recruit a skilled C# ASP.NET Web Developer to join our expert team.

As a C# ASP.NET Web Developer, you will work on a variety of innovative website and in-house application projects using the latest technologies. From the initial specification through to final implementation and support, you will be involved in every step of the way.

Projects will include developing powerful, dynamic sites, web or intranet-based, database and XML content management systems, web-based applications and standalone application development. You will also keep up-to-date with relevant emerging technologies and techniques.

Rate

£30000 - £35000 per year

Person specification

To be considered for this role, you must have a commercial development background, including experience of the following:

- C# and ASP.NET
- SQL Server
- JavaScript and AJAX
- XML and XSLT
- HTML and CSS

Additionally, as a C# ASP.NET Web Developer, you will have a flexible and proactive approach and a penchant for problem solving.

Although not essential, knowledge or experience of any of the following would be beneficial: MS TFS, ASP.NET MVC 3, Entity Framework, automated tests, web services, and delivering change using Agile methodologies.
